Data Deletion

You can ask RTJ Review OPC ("PT Mentoring") to delete the personal data we hold about you, including your website account and your Facebook Messenger conversation with the PT Mentoring page.

How to request deletion

1. Message the PT Mentoring Facebook page and write: "Please delete my data", or email us from the email on your account.
2. Tell us your full name and the email you used on rtjreview.com (if you have an account).
3. We confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days. We will message you when it is done.

What we delete

• Your website account details, profile photo, notes and learning activity.
• The Messenger messages, attachments and Facebook name we received from Meta for your conversation.

What we may keep

Payment records that the law requires us to keep (for example for tax purposes). These are kept only for as long as required.

You can also remove PT Mentoring's access from your Facebook settings at any time.
